Some random thoughts on the game. Lucic looks huge out there. Played small, but looked big next to some of the other guys. When the Kings had the puck in the Kings end he would skate out to the far blue line, by the dot used for offsides and wait. No momentum and no support. I don't think he got a hit all night. Funny but he looked best when he was standing in front of Andersen creating a screen.
Kopitar was doing all the board battles on that line until the moved Brown onto it then he took over the corner work.
Forbort and Gravel were ok. Nothing good to say about them but nothing bad either.
Ducks security needs some work. No one ever scanned my tickets. I went through the metal detector then into the team store, then into the arena. Then going to my seats (lower bowl) again no one looked at my ticket. Much like Lucic it may take some time to get on the same page.

Agree with Dave's analysis of Lucic. Muzzin with usual giveaways. McNabb gets himself out of position too much, makes me nervous. Kings couldn't bury open nets (hope that doesn't repeat from last year once season starts). Quacks winning goal would have been nullified for high stick. Excited to see if Lucic-Kopitar-Gaborik can gel.
