Son of a b…… nevermindAh I skipped over that,
I guess....but if the other coach wants them to follow the rules kind of OK to point it out (without sounding like he's whining, of course).Technically the blockers can’t use their hands and the defense are support run around the so called blockers but I let them play. Kids are having fun learning the game. Other dude imo needs to quit **** and let them play.
Right. He said it with a whiny face and hands up like dude come on they can’t be doing that ma and then pointed out coaching previously which said yeah I have and nobody but you had cried about one kid accidentally blockingI guess....but if the other coach wants them to follow the rules kind of OK to point it out (without sounding like he's whining, of course).
The annoying one is the whiny **** coach on other team so shut the **** up ****So it's not enough that OP has to be an annoying youth sports parent, he then has to come here and start new threads where he can continue to be an annoying youth sports parent and, worse, is looking for validation for his awful antics.
The advice here is shut the f*** up during your kid's games because he's not going to be Barry Sanders and you're embarrassing and ruining it for him. We don't care if you think the coach is screwing up...he's coaching f***ing kids. Either start your own team and make yourself coach or shut up.
Did you pay any attention or just posting garbage? He is the only coach on the field of 8 teams who was making a fuss. Get your facts straight about ruining the game. You and him must be related^You're just making my point, Responsible Dad. Stop ruining your kid's games. It's not about you anymore.
you may want to read his comments again. So it's not enough that OP has to be an annoying youth sports parent, he then has to come here and start new threads where he can continue to be an annoying youth sports parent and, worse, is looking for validation for his awful antics.

My kid played starting in 3rd-4th grade. Kids were QB. Helped coach until I was the HC in 6th grade for him. There was no actual blocking at any of those levels. I remember the QB could not run....though if you wanted him to just snap to a kid who pitches or hands to the QB (who is then a RB) and he can. run.
what @Stakesarehigh said also true.....a 7 second count for player to rush QB. Though I think may have been either 4 or 5 seconds when my kid started playing.
^What am I missing? He's unaware of the rules of a guidelines of the league and teams his kid plays for and is b****ing about it. While ignoring the whole thing is for fun and the coach isn't ruining his kid's future NFL career with bad habits. Just the classic football Dad who thinks he knows more than the people actually doing the job and decides to be obnoxious about it.
Youth Leagues are full of these **** and it's lame that a grown man who is supposedly a father has to run to a board full of teenagers and college kids to get justification for his childish antics.
agree, but easy way around this by just letting someone else take the snap and then pitch or hand to the actual QB........Also at slightly higher levels like maybe 5th grade or above QB just running wouldn't be a huge issue.QB straight up running would be absurd.
don't always agree with Jordan23, but no clue what Hotel was even ranting about there as he was way off base when it came to what Jordan said. The youngest person on this entire board is probably over 30 lol

and latter is why it doesn't make a lot of sense not to just let the QB run at, say, 5th grade level IMO. It would hurt of course not being able to blitz but could just make a rule if QB starts to run forward anyone can come after him.The issue is not being able to blitz, you give the QB a huge head start and in addition to this they could do a lot of fake runs then pass type stuff
Granted you can hand the ball off a hundred times behind the LOS and then throw it
