Which has a more impressive resume?

Kentucky is absolutely amazing and has run through teams. But virginia is doing extremely well in a tougher conference.

I wish these two would find their way to play each other on the tourney, but my guess is one will not make the title game.

Kentucky is good, but I think maybe virginia should be #1 if they hold on and beat Duke

Virginia plays a much tougher schedule than Kentucky. If UK was in the ACC they would have lost by now also. Hell, they've played weak as hell teams and gone into two overtimes they were fortunate to win.

I don't think the names had much to do with it. If Clemson was the preseason #1 and had the same resume, UVA wouldn't leapfrog them either. (yet)

I think that their resumes were comparable going into today and had they won today I wouldn't expect them to leapfrog UK. (though they would pick up a few votes in both polls) However had they wan all 3 of Duke, UNC, UofL, I would be a little surprised if they didn't jump UK at that point.

Guess there isn't much point in guessing now though.

I don't know about the 2nd game, but Kentucky had no business winner the first one.

I only watched the 2nd half because watching Nebraska continue to blow chunks on the road.

I actually think Virginia is a really good team and really not much difference between them and Kentucky. I really didn't expect Duke to come back when Virginia took the big lead in 2nd half. Duke just shot unreal at the end of the game and couldn't miss from 3.

ACC is obviously much tougher but to this point of the season the schedules are pretty comparable. Kentucky has wins over Louisville, UNC, Kansas, and Texas. Virginia played a pretty weak non conference schedule and hasn't played many of the big boys in the ACC yet

I wouldn't say Duke is better than both of then bc they got hot at the right time last night. But they have great potential to be.

Last week, I made predictions for Final Four. I put Duke in instead of Virgina. I also had UK in there.

I definitely l;ike the ACC as a conference. That said, it will take a great game for any team to beat them; especially when it's tournament time. Kentucky has such a deep bench which at tournament time really comes into play.
