Kelly Stafford announces she has a brain tumor, will have surgery

wishing the best for her/numba 9 and glad they caught this early and hopeful that there aren't any complications afterward.

Just read that she had an acoustic neuroma tumor. Most of the time (99%) they are benign and do not reoccur


I had same thing removed in 2007.

Not sure if she lost hers as well, but they had to take out the semi-circular canal from my left side, as well as cut out the auditory nerve. Total deafness on left ear, and all the balance of a bowl of jello during an earthquake. Hoping for the best for her, it’s life changing, but not as bad as many with malignant brain tumors

2007 for me too. HEI in Los Angeles for the right side. Total deafness. Also, since I am an overachiever, I have bi-lateral A.N. Haven’t taken that one (left side) out yet but the damage is done. Woke up deaf on that side last year.

That sucks. Thats probably why you never seem to get the Left's talking points on the politics board. Its all making sense now.
