This article makes it sound like the lawyer thinks the r*pe was a lie. Most of the articles say the lawyer and the girl were both fooled about the bag. The mother did something and the lawyer thinks the mom is lying but the girl us telling the truth.

From reading around it seems to me, the mom is an idiot. She didn't like the DNa results leaked to the press by Kane's lawyer. She had a bag that was suppose to have been using for clothing, but didn't need. This is bad because the nurse signed an unsealed bag. She then pretended that it was left on her doorstep.
The mom trying to help her daughter, hurt the case even more.

terrible what the mother dead but doesn't mean that nothing didn't happen to the girl. DNA from Kane wasnt found below the waist but that doesn't mean a r*pe didn't occur and DNA from Kane was found on other parts of the woman.

I think from a Kings standpoint we are hoping something happens because a) it takes the heat off the Kings as being this Raider Nation franchise recently and b) it helps the Kings on the ice if Kane is suspended and out like Voynov was.

However, as much of a dumbass Party Boy has shown he can be, I think on a human level we don't want to see anyone convicted of a crime they didn't commit. If he did it and he evidence points that way, throw him to the wolves. If he did not, then the accuser needs to be held accountable for false accusation and Kane should be free and clear.

It's too soon to say one way or another if he is guilty or not, but right now his case is looking good with all the shenanigans coming from the accuser's camp.
