Well, apparently there's a new pic floating around, a naked selfie of them in bed. This one might get Justin in some trouble with the university. Some dickhead at ESPN already tweeted about it and then screenshoted ND's code of conduct section on extramarital sex.

He wasn't responsible for this picture getting out. Someone, don't know if it was him or her, got a copy of it and then gave it to TMZ or Deadspin or one of those classy outfits. Nevertheless, the school might be able to overlook the "date" at a basketball game, because it doesn't prove anything, even though we all probably know how the date ended, but this picture is a little more incriminating. Interesting to see if the school does anything or waits for the hype to die down. I'm guessing this is going to continue to be talked about for some time, and will force the school to do something.

If it's the image that I've seen it's just the two of them with their heads on a pillow with his shirt off and can't tell if she's wearing one or not but would guess she was at least topless.
