Just invented a salad taco

I've seen places sell taco salads, but never a salad taco...

So, I had three soft and three hard shells left-over, but not enough meat for all three. I divide the meat in thirds, and spread it on the soft tacos, then wrapped that aound the hard shell (like taco bell's double decker tacos)... Then I filled the hard taco shells with a salad of lettuce, carrots, onions, peppers, seeds & cheese - in a 50/50 ranch/hot sauce dressing...

It was great, and the soft shell allowed me to eat it with my hands...

I'm going to try this but I may use fiber1 wraps instead of soft taco shells & I'll probably throw it on the panini press.
