Within the last 25 years I'd say Cam Newton has been the best, might be a HOF'er. After that you're looking at Brian Greise and that's probably it. Vince Young was a bust IMO.

I would say Matt Flynn from LSU had a decent career, but that is not because he was great on the field. Guy got paid millions of dollars to be a back up after the Seahawks brought him in and decided to play Wilson instead.

Pat Haden

Bernie Kosar
Cam Newton


Winston, Mariota, and even Young have been decent.
