Ted has been ill for the past three years and should have been removed from his GM position at that time. He has a neurological disorder.

I think this is a valid point. To compound the issue, lack of getting to the QB equaled a bad defense for several years now. I would like to stay positive and think with all the changes and draft picks GB will turn the corner and go on a run but for all we know it may get worse before it gets better. Even with Rodgers at the helm we don't know which Rodgers shows up for the year, Rodgers with a chip on his shoulders or last years Rodgers. We may be in for a bumpy ride.

Exactly. He's starting his 3rd year and he's been outplayed by UDFAs. If he doesn't get a better attitude and strive to improve, he'll be working at a car wash before long.
