didnt craig nall back up favre initially?Said it when he was drafted... Never understood the hype. Kid struggled in a crappy Mountain West conference. He has talent but I find it hard to believe he was worth the investment the Packers gave up.
Yeah, mostly true but it's hard to compare a 5th round pick to a 1st rd.this isnt abnormal for a rookie to be listed 3rd....its meaningless, i really think craig nall was the back up game 1, but i could be wrong
who was the 5th? im saying i believe that craig nall backed up favre, aaron rodgers first game......that rodgers was listed 3rd, i could be wrong.Yeah, mostly true but it's hard to compare a 5th round pick to a 1st rd.
truth, and rodgers has the contract..........If the packers are smart, they will keep him on the bench learning for several years before taking the reigns. It’s how they developed Rodgers. I think that has a lot to do with Rodgers success in the nfl.
Oh, I see. Nall was a 5th. I thought that's what you meant. My bad.who was the 5th? im saying i believe that craig nall backed up favre, aaron rodgers first game......that rodgers was listed 3rd, i could be wrong.

Bold: that's one of those things I always think "you got it or you don't". It's why I think a lot of guys who meet the physical prototype never perform consistently at pro level.CONS: Needs to improve his field vision and awareness. Often fails to recognize or completely disregards coverage rotations and it doesn’t have a great enough impact on his decision making. He throws some careless, YOLO balls that need to be reduced. While there is a lot to like about his willingness to be patient and stay in the pocket, his internal clock is often tardy. Can be aggressive vertically to fault. Has to find more consistency with timing and progressions. Has general accuracy with plenty of misfires.
Oh, I see. Nall was a 5th. I thought that's what you meant. My bad.
you may be right, i can only find pieces of things, and it confuses me lol@SteelersPride , I'm not positive but I think Nall only backed up Favre in 04 and wasn't on the active roster in 05 when Rodgers got there
I have to wonder if just before draft day the Packers brass took a weekend party trip to Cleveland to channel their inner Browns drafting strategy over the last several years.
I'm calling him a bust now. It’s also not like the kid had a legit training camp/preseason. Everyone knows rodgers is in GB this year and next year and after that who knows. Means Love has ample time to get his shit together. Let’s at least give the kid some time before labeling him
