I don't have the spreadsheet. Blount and Bell are both shown on the spreadsheets in the second link. They were omitted from the Top 10 list because they weren't in the Top 10. Blount was 4.03 against 8 and 3.62 against 9, so he was less than 4, and the guys in the Top 10 all had 4.2+.
