Quick has only allowed 1 goal so far through the 3 games he's played in. Stopped 9 of 9 in relief. Stopped 19 of 20 against Seattle. Then shutout Edmonton with 29 of 29 saves. He's stopped 57 of 58 so far.

Been insane watching his resurrection. Love the guy, Kings legend but he was nothing short of awful last season here. Didn't like how the trade went down but already knew it was his last season in LA.

Good for him, he's playing behind a strong, young defense. I've watched a few games and he hasn't had to make a lot of spectacular saves like he used to but has made the ones he needs to make.

Hope he does well in NY.

I had seen that he was doing well over there. Like most Kings fans, I really like JQ. He was a warrior for LA but his time had passed here. As you mentioned, he was abismal here the last two years or so. As much as we would have all loved for him to retire with LA it just wasnt an option any longer. I think he is re energized being with a new team and especially back home for him. I hope he continues to do well over there (just not against us).
