Fox is an excellent coach and a man of high character, that's why he and his staff wanted out of Denver, because Elway is a jerk to work for....
He will definitely make the Bears a better team if they give him room to work....
I do think Cutler is a problem and they need a qb that is willing to do it Fox's way.
