Because of the time and place (and I just don't like Joe Thornton, lol). If he does that after a whistle, I have no problem with it. But he's the captain of the team and he's doing it to the other teams captain during a referee explanation. Show some fucking leadership. I'm probably being overly harsh on the guy, but if you're that frustrated with how the game is going, get in a fight or throw a big hit. Don't wag your finger in the opposing captains face.

Joe was simply pointing out the freckle that distinguishes Henrik from Daniel.

no one's calling for suspensions or retribution, but it WAS a bitch move for sure.

technically Im not calling for retribution because of the single act of Thornton sticking his diseased fingers in henriks face

more of an accumulation retribution for him being an all around bitch

I was rather pissed at the scrum late in the game where Kesler went off with McGinn for coincidentals, when Hansen and Alberts had a chance to try to take Boyle & Couture respectively. gotta win those trade-offs
