its amazing that he does it 3 or 4 times before the ref finally says that should stop. its unsportsmanlike. its not a bad thing once or twice but continuous and the ref not doing anything is very in line with the lack of respect a HART TROPHY WINNER GETS FROM THE NHL OFFICIATING...........

but its harmless if its a quick one off after that its just silly and needs to be warned.

Douchey but hilarious! The ref should have given him a penalty or put an end to it sooner. Sure he can play dumb to it for the 1st 1 or 2 times but after Sedin reacts to it, its unreasonable to believe that he didn't know what he was doing.

I'm probably just a little jacked up today. Iowa State plays in their bowl game this afternoon and the Wings and Hawks meet for the first time tonight. I'm ready to see someone get the shit knocked out of 'em...

Thornton is an idiot. There is no call for that. Henrik should have slashed him across the back of the legs for that right in front of the ref (ref would probably call them both for 2mins). Then Thornton gets a smack to the calves and Henrik only gets a facewash. I'm getting so, so, so, so, so tired of Thornton. He needs to be traded again, but unfortunately that will never happen since he's Dougie's boy (and that pesky NMC).

Also, what he did to Lidstrom was a joke as well. Just no need for that. If you're going to do something like that, rip him with a hard, clean body check.

As for Holmer and the Mule, those two guys deserve everything they get. They start shit all the time and don't back it up with a fight. I respect them that they play hard, battle for pucks and go to the front of the net (I'd also love to have them on the Sharks).....but if you play that type of game, be prepared for the other parts that come with it.

EDIT: And for him getting Kronwalled, I actually think the Sharks would play better without Jumbo. Maybe not rack up as many points, but they'd play better as a team and would have Clowe or Boyle step in as the leader (which would be great). You don't have to wish or hope that Kronwall would leave his feet either, Kronwall ALWAYS leaves his feet.
