It is interesting though.

Is he really that athletic?

Yes, he can jump out of the gym and he is super long. But when we are looking at his other traits, mostly his strength and his agility, he is probably closer to league average.

His work ethic has defintely hindered him, but this may also be a case where he was overrated from the start because his obvious athletic advantages caused people to overlook other athletic traits that frankly are just as important.

Overall Wiggins is an above average NBA athlete, but he is nowhere near the freak level he was made out to be entering the league. Maybe it is because he hasn't worked hard enough on his body, or maybe he was just a bit overrated from the jump.

He's not Aaron Gordon, Lavine pre-knee explosion freakish.

But, he's got way above average athleticism.

Sadly, he's got no motor.

He's a Delorean.

Sports car body.

But, 0-60 in 10.5 seconds.

Pass.

I honestly don't think he is that great. Above average because he is long and bouncy. But when you look at the best of the best, Russ, LeBron, AG, Simmons, they all have cat like agility and strength to go with it. I just don't see that from wiggins.

It seems that the Twolves want to get a (i) a pick, (ii) a good young player, and (iii) and get rid of some bad salary like Dieng, but its hard for me to believe they can accomplish all 3 of those things.
