Randy Moss and Terrell Owens are still out there.

Jerry Rice is also still alive, but I don't think the veteran minimum (the take it or leave it offer for anyone that wants to join the team) would be enough for him; those depends for seniors are getting expensive.

The "glory days" for the jets pretty much began and ended in one year, and that was before the merger that happened 43 years ago.

The jets have won a total of 2 division titles in those 43 years and haven't been to the SB; out of simple curiosity, whats your definition of glory

Is it really so outrageous to believe the Jets can beat the Patriots in a game? As bad as the JEts were last season they should have beaten them in NE. They took them to OT and lost 29-26.

I think the Jets will have a better team than last season and anything can happen.

All kidding aside, solid move for the Jets, low risk high reward. They need another receiving threat, a big body in the endzone never hurts and he's friends with Kellen Winslow, hopefully some positivity in the lockerroom.

Hahaha The Bulls beat the Knicks last year 4-1 I think without Rose and a very injured team. What makes you think that lineup could out beat the healthy Bulls team, The Pacers, The Heat, hell probably even the Nets now and whichever Western team makes it to the Finals??? You are right that was last year and now that we have a full healthy squad and Rose is back we will still be better this year. Of course I know the Nets are from NY thats why I said New York teams are jokes.
