I think Stanback (sp?) was one. I think they were even excited about that pick. No way they should have picked him where they did, but they seemed to convince themselves yet again that they were the smartest guys in the room. I think that was back in the Ireland days too, so they weren't always whiffing on those picks.

Half the leagues 2nd rounders each season turn out to be flops. Spending a 2nd on a guy, who if he recovers, could be an absolutely great player is OK by me. It's not like we took a flier on some scrub from Podunk Tech
