Also, just a question here. If Frascatore did mistake Blake for being the identity theft suspect, then was proper procedure supposed to be that he walks up to Blake and asks for ID?
Or even if Blake could have been a dangerous suspect, then after tackling and handcuffing him, then was Frascatore supposed to ask Blake for his ID, and reveal that he's a police officer? And read Blake his rights?
