Is it possible he is on Homer's list? I'm thinking Suter is staying put. Burke may not deal anyone at this point. I'm wondering if Homer and Lombardi are talking behind closed doors? This would be a great pickup and I think Philly can afford to give up a good scorer to bring Johnson here. Thoughts?

Just saw this on 4th period and twitter that Flyers and Kings are discussing possible trade that would give us Johnson and we would send JVR. It sounds more pieces may be involved here. Stay tuned. JVR may be back today.

I hate Brown and Bernier looks to have gone backwards. Not bad #'s but not a #1. I do agree that a move would have to include a Dman.

Brown is exactly what we need on this team, he fits in with Harts and Simmonds and is good for 50-60 its with a great cap hit for 5 more years. Bernier is an amazing talent and I would rather have the tandem of Bernier and Bob then having Bryz that way the 2 young guys can battle it out to see who starts. With Carle's contract coming up next season and for them to take Briere's contract we'd prob have to include the 1st and I'd actually be ok with losing it in that deal.
