Lions pretty good for a few years, but before that was 1991 since they won a playoff game and before that the 1950s.

You don't strike me as someone who can be rational and is also going to ignore facts but I'll try anyway.....Easy to explain how Berry is smart and so much better. The Browns were a disaster when Berry took over. No playoffs in nearly 20 years and no playoff wins in 25. Made it his first year with a win AND made it again a few years later. How about you name all the players on that 2023 team brought in by Dorsey who played a pivotal role. Don't include Chubb as he was out week 1.

FYI, he traded Baker and didn't just let him go. So well thought of at time all he could get for him was a 5th rounder.

He definitely took a step and a half back, I won't lie. But still, I'd give him a little more time before I'd cut bait...

I'm not a fan of the new offensive coordinator they got after his first year. He has regressed. I'm not sure it's Stroud that is the problem at this point.

Bring back the system he had in his rookie year, he will flourish again AND address that O-Line. They got rid of almost all of his offensive line.

He definitely sucked for us. Came in with decent accolades at the time, but it didn't take long for him to essentially **** the bed...

Couldn't admit he was wrong about Chad Thomas and kept him over Ogbah and Nassib. Also wanted to double down on his Kitchens mistake and let him coach another season. among many other mistakes.

Veach is definitely better at selecting talent, that's obvious. Another trick imho is he also knows when to let dude's go if it's a salary, talent, or chemistry problem. Dorsey, needless to say, didn't have a real nose for any of that...

I feel your pain, though. Got a friend I used to post with on the CBS boards who'd be a Texans fan if he wasn't already rooting for the Chiefs. Funny part is his wife's a Cowboys fan. Needless to say they don't quite mesh during the season...

Course I guess I can't say anything. My wife's a Packers fan ...

Exactly!! For Dorsey it was also more about were they his guys. There's a reason many fans do like him as he thinks like a fan sometimes going for name over fit like he did with the OBJ trade.
