It's hard to get "up" for this season with how weird it all feels. I am pretty into baseball right now, though. So, I have hopes that when things get going, I'll similarly hop on-board with NFL/Bears.

I like it. Much better than just slotting in John Jenkins. Nichols is a real solid player. RRH gets bulk of the snaps at RDE. Which is also solid. I would rather have Goldman... but I don't think this will really hurt us.

The Bears reported on July 28th to training camp. It's been going on for a while.

The padded practice period began today. They're in full swing.

Yeah it hurts the depth a little but that’s still a really good DL.

In years past, we always had the preseason games to help fill the void until the real season started. We could at least evaluate the talent despite not giving a shit about the scores. This year we're jumping straight from camp to the real McCoy. So yeah, have to agree, this campaign feels really strange.
