If he hasn't signed with an agent YET, he can come back and play. This is the case with the Buckeyes Davis and Wade. They have been in contact with an agent, BUT nothing has been signed.
now unfortunately for PSU Micah Parsons has already signed and declared for the NFL. That's a huge loss to their defense.

Personal note, I'm hoping MSU plays Purdue the first game on the 24th. That would have been my childhood buddie's 30th birthday and growing up he was a Purdue fan (his cousin played for PU WBB team) until he moved to Michigan. He became a Western Michigan & then MSU fan due to his college choices. He passed away while working towards a Masters at MSU from colon cancer. Just thought it would be a cool coincidence if that would happen.

I don't think Nico is coming back. He announced his departure AFTER they announced the B10 was starting up again. It doesn't appear he has any desire to play this season.

Everyone should at least play all the teams in their divisions. 6 + 2 from the other division is the only fair thing.
