Watched some of the friendly with Mexico last night. We got the win which is cool I guess. But WTF is taking so long getting a coach? We've got a ton of young talent on the team that needs to develop. Now is the time to actually have a dude in place to start setting that foundation, especially since these friendlies are against some good squads.

Why rush it? We have been so bad about picking someone who has a history with the USMNT...so I'm glad they are doing some due diligence and finding someone that fits.

    Hijack thread:

I loved Miazga last night, bout time we show some fire. We’re americans god damnit, stop being pushed around.
Overpower the enemy, kill kill kill.

We were outclassed last night, but at least we then showed some fire and grit.

We have played timid for far to long.

I thought the announcers came off as morons the way they were panicking to get a guy in place and overblowing the "need" to do it quickly. The key is to get the right guy in. Sarachan is doing a great job of letting the kids play which is all we need right now. Plenty of time to implement what the new coach wants to do when hired and he'll have plenty of tape to watch and figure out the hand he's been dealt

I vote for Tab Ramos. He's ready.
