Feel for you guys in Seattle... In Spokane, we're prepared for hot weather, although not this hot so many days in a row... We do hit 100 a few days ever summer though... A lot of us in Spokane have AC in their homes... I have AC in our home... We actually turned it up to 74 from 70 so we don't over work it as much...

I literally look/feel like this when I go outside...

Question for everyone:

Have you found if heat effects Pulled Muscles or Strained?

Had a sore Neck/head since yesterday. Pest today but I found it cleared up after I took a shower

The lost water in your body will cause cramps and in turn can lead to strains, so yes heat does effect it. Stay hydrated everyone.

Outside of water, Bodyarmor is a great way to stay hydrated and prevent cramping
