well, if we're being honest, when the wife and I moved to the DC area, neither of us knew much about it. we chose germantown based on the recommendation of friends that had lived there in the past.

hindsight being what it is, with a do-over, we'd probably choose NOVA

This is true. For a mil, you're in Jack Nicklaus' neighborhood in a 10K+ Square foot house. The three level penthouse in the ritzy building in the Arena District went for 1.25 mil last year.



Kind of a shit situation for Dubinski. Unless he scores 50 goals, everyone is going to hate him. I feel bad for him.
