Its not like he came in and set the world on fire. Regardless of why he isn't playing...I would like to believe that ANY coach, not just ours, will play the best players. I think the kids can make plays. If the coach knows his hearts not in it, maybe thats why he's not playing.

Even last year, with all the T-mart tranfer rumors, I never heard grumblings out of Taylor. That seems to be the difference between these two. Guys that are about 'me', one keeps his mouth shut about it & the other doesn't.

this coaching staff seems to have an issue with transfers. no one really thinks about this guy but remember tray robinson? would been nice to have a guy behind rex that had some actual playing experience this year...he transferred too

i always thought tray would have been a great goal line back but i never though pelini used him in the right situations.

i wont say i have given up on pelini yet, because i haven't, but im starting to question his abilities as a HC.

I think he's referring to Tim Marlowe...who I actually like. Like Jamaal too, like Brion...if these guys leave they leave. Is a transfer really an indication of a poor staff or poor head coach? Or is it more of an athlete who feels entitled?

I like Tim too, but there is ZERO reason Jamal shouldn't get 5+ touches a game.

Don't you think that there is an entitlement issue here though? Aside from Cody, who lost the battle & saw the writting on the wall. He wanted to play before his eligibility was gone.

Brion would have to sit behind taylor until he's a Senior? (maybe wrong there), Jamaal has always been the 'stud' & now has to compete every day for time, same with Aaron Green. I don't want any of these kids to go but look at the players that our staff gives time to? Those guys who compete & prepare everyday.

Who woulda thought that Abdullah woulda been playing this much more than Aaron Green after signing day? Not me...who woulda thought that Kenny Bell would be a starting WR after signing day? Not me. These guys busted their ass & earned it.
