They were talking about Dez this morning as well. Said it happens all the time, the refs first tell the player to get off the field, if the don't, they throw the flag. It's like a guy lining up offside and the ref saying scoot back. You could call holding every play, it's what it is

If you go back upfield 5 yards Hitchens also had a handful of the jersey, referees did not call holding on the play either.

Blown call... should not have been reversed. I was also wondering why Bryant is on the field without a helmet.

But it is what it is... Lions still had their chance to win.

He didn't "pull" the player into him. That's asinine.

And I'm also not saying that non-call blew the game for the Lions. But it severely affected the circumstances. Facing a first and ten at about the 30 or closer is much different than fourth and one. The momentum was back on our side on that drive.

The Lions did piss that one down their leg but the calls, or lack thereof, did the Lions no favor.

I believe it. You can't create contact and then complain because that created contact wasn't called. The way the situation went down with the call then reverse was a clusterfluff, but that doesn't take away from teh fact that offensive PI was the complete wrong call.

BS. That call is not made very often. It happens all the time, and the league fines players for it.

BS. Hitchens was free to turn around before the ball hit him in the back. He never even attempted to play the ball.
