It finally happened. The M's dropped below .500. Wonder where we'll be after 4 with Cleveland? Maybe 3 with Detroit will help things out.

If they want to see anywhere above .500 again, they got some stuff to iron out.

On one hand, I am curious to see how our new prospects will do, but at the same time, I don't look forward to them sniffing the .500 any time soon. There is just too much to work with, especially when pitching falters when bats warm up, or vice versa. These guys just don't know how to balance them out.

As for the later Detroit series, don't forget, we have a tendency to help out teams who are struggling. Remember with Texas and Baltimore? There were times we didn't even bother trying against them. That's what concerns me.

Best of luck to Kelenic and Gilbert tonight, but somewhere in all this "rebuilding" they say they're trying to do, Servais is just a human wrecking ball waiting to sabotage things again. And again. And again.

Just caught up. Damn Kelenic is going to be frustrated when he looks at his first pitch. Gilbert needed a better catcher behind the plate for his first start. No fucking way should a rookie pitcher be shaking off so many pitches.

But can Kelenic’s girlfriend come to every game?

well..gilbert did ok...to start with a 4.00 era..is ok........the thing is the ball club.......fell apart.......so the mariners ...had to do something...

get gilbert and kelenic some experience...is good and ......keep evaling..lol
