Is it worth the 2.5 hours to watch? I am not excited. After Crystal Skull, the franchise lost me. And the reviews for this further lost me.

It’s much better than the Crystal Skull, but that’s not saying much. I liked it but I’m biased. I think the Crystal Skull (bad) and Dial of Destiny (better) is like how the Utah Jazz should have been. Should have switched order - been bad last year like they are now and better this year like they were last year. If Dial of Destiny were first and then Crystal Skull, I think you may have been inclined to see Crystal Skull because Dial was good enough to not lose you (though it’s not as good as the original trilogy).

After Crystal Skull, Harrison Ford deserved better, and at his age, it must have been difficult designing those action set pieces.
Phoebe Bridges does well and offers some humor/wit and a little action.
The little kid could have been cast better.

I watched it last night. Really enjoyed it. Worth the watch if you like the original trilogy.

I watched parts of it. The time travel sequence I thought was pretty cool (and the little bit of plot twist). The opening train sequence was decent but it was weird with Harrison's 80 year old voice on the CGI Indiana lol. I kind of skipped over a huge chunk of the middle of the film lol.
