Incidental tripping

Just out of curiosity, do you guys think defensive backs practice tripping WR's with just their feet while running down field? At first thought it seems silly to even consider, but watching games sometimes you see a CB with good inside position crossover behind the WR. Always when they are running stride for stride. hen they do, it more often than not, the WR gets tripped up due to the "incidental contact" getting their feet tangled and there obviously isn't a call.

This isn't a complaint thread or anything about any particular calls, just curious if other people think they may practice it?
