Pellini seems to have trouble with some of the basics for football.

Called for a spike on 4th down last week, doesn't get back on the field in time this week after a timeout.

Almost as bad as my youngest coach this week. Tied score with about 15 seconds left, get down to about the 10 on a play and stopped in bounds. And he's 20 freaking yards away from a ref and doesn't call the timeout in time, time expires. I was saying before the play even started - he needs to be hanging on a ref, but NOPE.
