I decided today, I'm labeling this Bowl game a must win situation for Bo Pelini.

5 years in, and we just suffered what is the most embarrassing loss in the history of Nebraska football. Yes, I said it.

More embarrassing than the 70-10 loss to Texas Tech........more embarrassing than the 76-39 loss to Kansas........

Any questions that people outside of Nebraska's football program had were completely answered in Indy. We're a fraud. Bo is a fraud. That's what they think.

Recruits are going to think the same exact thing if we go and get our asses reamed out by Georgia on National TV. Soon thereafter, the players on this current team will also begin to lose trust in their coaching staff, and in each other. At that point, it's nearly impossible to pick up the pieces and rebuild......5 years in.

Gotta win this game. That's what I'm sayin.

He won't be able to overcome another embarrassing loss in the National spotlight.

Georgia being one of the top recruiting programs in the country and all.......we'll have bluechip recruits all over the country watching. This will make recruiting a living hell if we get our asses pounded.

But the fact that we are 10 point underdogs......I mean how often would Nebraska go into a game as a 10 point dog under Bo's guidance and actually cover that spread?

Man I'm just jacked up for this game all of a sudden.....

I got to thinking about it today, and seriously this is such a huge game. We have a big opportunity right after we blew one of the biggest opportunities we've had to turn the corner.

With next year's schedule, a win over Georgia would be such a huge springboard into next season.

I am not kidding you when I say that I think winning this one game on Jan 1st, may launch us into National Championship contention next season. On the flip side, I fear that a really really bad loss will do just the opposite.

Really bad loss is kind of expected at this point. Surprise would be competitive.

Sucks but that's reality outside our state.

My buddy, Auburn fan, was in Knoxville for the B1G championship game. Says he was at the bar, talking about the game, saying how he thought the Huskers would be OK and mentioning his friends back home rooting for the Huskers. Said this dude at the bar laughed and said Nebraska was going to get killed.

So this dude talked the whole time and it sucked. Says he finally had to tell that dude to shut the fuck up.

Even the ones living with us are fucking sick of it and embarrassed. It sucks.

Even when we lost, and now, we still put guys in the NFL. Not all programs do. Lets think about how that's true and what it means. Between that and teh walkons we have, why do we get fucking embarrassed so regularly?

Not just now but in years past since Tom left? Is there anyone else who can do it? There has to be.

This game will be competitive for one half only for Nebraska. The final score will be something like 44-27 Georgia. Maybe by me predicting a loss like this, will jinx our team in a good way and the outcome will be totally different in our favor! There's a 1.5% chance that could happen.
