This is my point. The main reason you would want 25 mil over 20 mil is that the 25 mil will become 30 mil faster, and so on. When you have that kind of wealth you get to live comfortably and try to multiply your dollars. That extra 5 million isn't changing his family's life, it is simply affecting his investment power

Sure it will. When you're talking about your entire family's foreseeable future the difference between 20 mil and 25 mil is huge.

Didn't he get in some trouble just last year with a disgruntled mistress? I think dude probably has more uh shall we say "extended" family to take care of, he probably needs that extra 5-10 mil whatever, his family may be a little bigger than what he has on paper, lol.

I think it was advice for other young players to get as much as they can get. He isnt griping about his current situation. At least i don't think hes demanding à new contract.
