As far as I'm concerned Bill Parcell's is a giant piece of shit for "leaking" that he was going to the Jets the week of the Super Bowl. If y'all remember the media talked about nothing that week other than Parcell's leaving and that's all the players were asked about.

Not saying the Pats would've won if not for that but that entire event had to weigh heavy on their minds and likely played some kind of factor in the loss.

Didn't the Yets go to the AFCCG game in 99? The Yets were not bad in those days and weren't seriously bad until after Martin left. Now of course he would have accomplished more with the Pats but who would've predicted that and how many teams were that much better than the Yets in those years? Just a few.
