Still appreciate the early years with McCarthy but his inability to make in game changes led to some pretty stale football during his latter years. He wasn't the reason the Packers wasted Rodgers in his prime, Ted Thompson is to blame for that.

Blowing that NFC Championship game with his severe mismanagement and overly conservative decision making that year when Rodgers was at the peak of his prime was literally wasting Rodger's peak prime.
