If we trade with the Browns, Scherff wont be there at #12 dean. If he is, I will gladly pay up the $50 I offered even though you didnt have the sack to take me up on the bet.

But if we drop back to 12, Sherff wont get past 10.

I generally agree with that. If the Rams are on the clock at #10, they're taking Scherff. Of course, if they trade that pick, Scherff might drop to #12.

this guy is a more athletic version of martin who was an all pro at OG . you get an all pro at any position in the draft barring a special teamer , you are in good shape .

Scherff is much better than Tomlinson but doesn't represent value at #5.

I can Scherff being Robert Gallery part 2.

Former Iowa LT who enters draft as one of the top OL.

Could be very successful in the NFL but has to be on a certain type of team. The Raiders turned out to be a bad team for Gallery. I don't see Scherff being 5th pick value for the Redskins.

I have not said that. Read what I've said about the pick. I believe we should trade it away, but by no means do I think that's the only or best option.
