we made these trades in the first place because not everyone fit, both in terms of cap space and team chemistry

I love Richards but after last year it is clear he isnt what we wanted him to be. I think we jumped the gun a bit since he is still young, but his work eithic and leadership skills died down as his career lingered on.

I know I broke this down in the other thread, but this is more specific. With Bryz signed for 5.6 million, you have 7.8 left to dole out. Not a lot of wiggle room, and you have 9 F, 6 D, and 2 G. BUT, another move is needed, because you're exceeding the 50 contract limit.
