I added this topic because, while we are all different I find most of you are pretty smart self thinkers.

I often find I can't find answers to simple questions because Google has a hard time with context. If I engage in conversation with average thinkers they get board and judge me - their loss.

A lot of us do this any ways, either in the middle of a different topic or in the my vibe thread.

I've read making fresh juice is super healthy. I've also read juicing isn't healthy because you streamline the sugar because the fiber slows digestion down.

I tried to Google pairing juice with oatmeal to see if that combination is a holier grail. Instead I get recipes for making oatmeal with juice.

This one is more of a rant. I don't expect anyone here has anything other than casual understandings like my own. However, sometimes hearing someone rephrase a question gives direction on "how to better ask a question".

I don't use a juicer. So that might disqualify me.

I use a porcelain press for all citrus. I drink a mixture of orange lemon and lime. Can't drink grapefruit because it really messes with several of the meds I take. (I take thirteen different meds every AM and PM.

I do buy 100% fruit juice if I can find it. The real stuff is very rare. Most 100% fruit juices are not. They all have apple juice as a supplement juice with the juice that you want. Most of the time I buy a bag of frozen triple berries. Raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. I have an allergy to strawberries.

I blend the berries into as close a liquid as possible and add orange juice or fat free vanilla Greek yogurt.

I know this doesn't completely answer your question. But allergies and meds can really push things completely sideways.
