Naw, it's a lot more aggressive than people give it credit for. I'll take football, hockey, and soccer over any sport, any day of the week. I played 2 of the 3 sports as well in competitions so I know what I"m talking about.

+1. As someone who actually laid out peeps by playing DB in football, soccer is anything but a soft sport. I had a severely sprained ankle playing intramural soccer one year, and it kept me on crutches for about 6 weeks. By far, that was the most severe injury I had in any sport I played.

And yes, it is truly beautiful, unless you're watching certain teams in the EPL or the MLS.

oh that is just the French and Italians...they suck.

i only watch German and British.
