Seems Bezo's wants to purchase the "other" stakeholders shares and Danny Boy has held up any sale in court much to the detriment of the shareholders. My belief is he wanted to get all of the investigation out of the way before he proceeds with his silent but wanting to sell feeling jaded partners.
