I got a ham from work yesterday and intend on cooking it tonight

OK.. Instead of all that.. make some mashed ataters.. However you like them add some cheese, a spoonful of sour cream, slice some scallions up add in, and some bacon bits.. A little butter salt and pepper stir them together and voila loaded potatoes.. Id also do st least one green veggie.. Beans or salad..
