Read a couple articles assuming rules changes are in order to increase the number of base runners. I understand that base running is exciting but I dont think rule changes are in order. Either there will be less of it making it more exciting when it happens or more likely the game will figure it out naturally.
The sports that need massive reform are basketball and football.

I'm satisfied but I do think MLB can do without the many crazy shifts. I personally kind of like the two leagues having different rules regarding the DH as I find it fun to watch the two different games, but it's hard to see pitchers batting too much longer. The extra innings runner rule can fuck off, it's an abomination.
