The Raiders offense isn't the problem......15th in ppg while they are 25th in ppg allowed.

You have to shoulder some of the blame... 3 points in the second half against the Jaguars? 0 points the week before against the Saints?

But to your point, there is no question that JM is a huge problem...

Carr is a very mid QB but he actually is somewhat clutch. Just not particularly great. I'd imagine Carr and Davante Adams are a packaged deal, though, and the bigger issues are on defense. By far.

I think its pretty simple. If Carr plays well enough to move the Raiders outside of a top 3 pick then the Raiders should try to reload with what they have. If they find themselves in the top 3, draft a QB, trade Carr, fire Josh McDaniels, probably trade Davante Adams, rebuild.

The play calling is horrible while the OL is also an issue.

Exactly.

Carr is either the best in comeback wins or in the top 3 since 2014.....can't remember quite which.

Same way to fix the Rams. Get a better Personnel/Scouting Department who finds good talent instead of wasting draft picks on douchebag players!

A perfect example of their incompetence was when Ziegler and McDumbass released Kenyan Drake in order to bring in Brandon Bolden and the Patriot way......SMH.

Well is Dave Ziegler any better? Snead has been exposed as a knucklehead because he and the HC McShit-fer-Brains' 2020 Draft Class is rapidly turning into dogshit.

And the brain trust let DC Gus Bradley leave and brought in Patrick Graham?

I'll never forget when Graham dropped our 2 best pass rushers into the end zone against Arizona in their final drive of regulation and let Kyle the midget scamper around for what seemed like 20 seconds before scoring the TD that would force the game into OT.

Just bad coaching between the HC, OC and DC all the way around this season.

Too be honest, I'd start with Derek Carr... He doesn't spread the ball around very well... Doing this causes him to force the ball into tight coverage too often resulting in incompletions... Take a look at Adams targets vs Renfro/Waller...

2022: 33% of all targets are going to Adams... Targeted 85x's out of 273 attempts...Adams has only caught 52% of the pass attempts, which means imo, the ball is being forced to him... He should be throwing it to Waller/Renfro who have a combined 53 targets resulting in 70% completions a bit more often... Renfro this year is at a 73% completion % on only 29 targets... So why isn't Carr targeting him more often this year? Waller is at 67% completion % so again, why isn't Carr sharing the rock?
Waller has played in just 4 games this season.

Don't blame the Patriot Way.
Josh hurt the Patriots offense by leaving
Josh hurt the Raiders by getting hired.........
