Seeing as the Buffalo Bills are the only NFL team that plays within the geographical boundaries of the state of New York, I'm going to go with 8.

Exactly and for this reason I am going with 2.

Under. Guessing they will hit 12-14 range if they're lucky.

if this was meant towards the jets/giants, i'll go 12

if this meant the bills only (which I'm guessing you weren't), i'll go 7

Technically for the state of NY to reach 15 wins, would mean Buffalo goes 15-1. I don't see that being remotely possible.

I honestly don't know what to expect of the Bills this season. I don't keep up much with the offseason player movement, nor the draft, nor the collective talking head's predictions. Seems like they are perennially weak at QB since Jim Kelly retired and they are relying on a couple of 30-year-old RBs to provide their running game. Eight wins may be a bit optimistic, but, just looking at their schedule I see four probable wins, four probable losses and 8 games that could go either way.

Through the first 2 preseason games, QB play has not been a problem. McCarron was crap this weekend, but he also fractured his collarbone and was under constant pressure. The Bills starting O-line is shaky thus far, which will limit the upside of whomever wins the starting job and the running game. Their starting D has been good, but the depth a bit shaky.
