Unless Fields gets us there and gets hurt. I doubt that Dalton ever starts a playoff game for us.

I don't think anyone will be shocked if we look like shit vs LAR and Fields gets called on. Maybe Nagy wouldn't do a one and done, though. He does have to know his job is on the line and his best QB is on the sideline. Like, I respect his "we're doing what's best for Justin" thing. But... at a point, that HAS to come into play.

I wouldn't doubt sometime in the 2nd game. LA is probably going to shred us and if there's any faltering in the first half vs. the Bengals in follow-up Nagy will jump. Dude's a waffler of the highest degree.

Since I picked up Fields in my 2 QB FF draft, as a back up, I need him starting by week 6...

Edit: Then again, Dalton is still on the Waiver Wire if the Bears go 4-0...

Upon review: My official prediction:

We get annihilated under Dalton games 1 and 2...Fields comes in and we roll 9 straight...At 9-2 Genius realizes our draft position is screwed and calls for Dalton lest we get another playoff game.

Part of me is expecting a bait and switch in game 1. If not, I bet we see Fields in game 4.

Depends on the record. If were 3-1 after 4 games Andy will be the starter. If 1-3 after 4 Fields will be. But there are other factors. If the line is really really bad Fields will stay on the bench I hope.
