How has our special teams left us?

And why doesn't it matter in the wins column?
THe last few years, the Flyers struggled with up and down regular seasons and we had to hope they were "up" come playoff time. The only two constants were how great our special teams were, and how much fans bashed the coaching and the system. Now, they are winning consistently, in every fashion. Except with key PP units. For once, our team is dominating in 5-5, but they look like they should start declining power plays. Now, the constants are better coaching and a better system. And wins...
What am I missing?

i actually think it has to do with the lack of the "knuble" type player who can get in front and disrupt the goalie, bang in the rebounds. hartnell is OK at it but JVR is too weak still. that's the kind of player i was hoping they would go out and get prior to a playoff run.

as you stated though it hasn't really been affecting our outcomes. so until we are losing games because we cant score on the PP i consider it a minor problem ha.

got tickets fro the game tomorrow..hoping to see pk subban knocked out! wooooooooooo
