I just looked up the Casper Ghosts and they were affiliated with the Rockies 2001-2007, so it would have to be Tulo.

After I determined it had to be Tulo it turns out to be Story. I didn’t think Story was old enough to play for the Casper Ghosts when they were Rockies affiliated.
