That was my thought but Wilhelm couldn't have been a teenager. He served three years in WWII. I thought Dave McNally. Did he face Reggie that often in the playoffs?

Boy, was I off. Hoyt was 29 when he made the show in 1952.

Reggie had 10PA against McNally but the answer is Jim Palmer who gave up 2-homers to Reggie in the 1971 playoffs.

Don Drysdale(July 3rd)was an MLB 19yo when he hit his homer. Palmer(Oct 15th) was a legit 19yo when he hit his homer.

MLB uses June 30th for a player’s season age.
