Sherman told EerSports that he knew by the end of the trip that WVU would be his home. He told the coaching staff as well, and went public with his choice on Wednesday, the first day of the spring basketball signing period.
Sherman is seen as a scoring point guard after averaging 25 points, five rebounds, and five assists this past season. His play earned him Second Team All-American honors and over a dozen offers. He'll arrive on campus next month and have two years of eligibility remaining.
